The Association of Lloyd's Subscription Agencies (ASASEL) has held its Extraordinary General Meeting agreeing that AYAX Risk Subscription represented by Jose Luis Muñoz, be a new member of the Board of Directors.

As we well know, the underwriting agencies are not yet regulated as insurance intermediaries, a circumstance that we hope will change little. Working on it is both Asasel and Lloyds.

The Assembly discussed the impact of the future Law on the Distribution of Private Insurance and Reinsurance.
